Missed It

29-04-22

Missed posting on “Thursday doors” yesterday, was out in town for the best part and had chores to do and my cat Mimi to fuss when I got back to home. Whilst hanging out the washing this morning (the excitement never ends) I noticed the garden had sprung into life a bit, also noticed how much work I need to do to get it into some sort of shape. The weather in my part of the UK has been very mixed, it’s still quite cold and windy. The only camera I had with a charged battery was my old Olympus E400, but I managed to get a few shots of the spring growth.

Quite a lot of Bluebells this year

It’s too long since I’ve seen any posts from you. Maybe because I moved to WordPress.org. Thank you for the kind comment on my blog about the herons. Lovely to see these images of spring. And you also use an Olympus OM2n! I’ve had mine since new in 1980. I’m signing up for new posts via e-mail 🙂

I hadn’t posted anything for a long time, but got back into it at the beginning of the year. Still have my OM2n and many more ! Really enjoy the process of film photography.

I have a 1940 Leica IIIb that I haven’t used for far too long. I prefer to use my film cameras for street photography in London, but for obvious reasons, I haven’t been up there for a couple of years. Maybe next winter…
