I’ve photographed this set of doors before in March 2017 on a film compact camera, this time round I was on my way to pick up my car after a very expensive service and MOT, and noticed they had freshly painted them. I only had an old Canon ixus 300 with a mighty 2.1mp with me that a neighbour had kindly donated. For some excellent Door images from around the world visit Dan’s “Thursday Doors”

It’s a lovely old building and it’s good to see it’s being maintained and used.

Wow! We don’t often see blue doors being shared – this makes up for many weeks without one. These are stunning!

Thank you Dan, there aren’t that many Blue doors around my hometown, Grey seems to be the in colour at the moment.

Thanks Jim, the sensor on that old ixus really brought out the colour.

Thank you Janet, it was nearly as blue as I felt when I got the invoice for my car repairs.
