It’s been quite a while since I’ve posted on “Thursday Doors” the weather here in the UK has been changeable to say the least. The last two days have been really cold so back on with the thermal T shirt, and I have a pot of my version of my Mums Sauerkraut soup simmering on the stove. When I’ve seen an interesting door on my walks to town (mainly meeting friends in a pub, or a PhotoBuddies coffee outing) I’ve taken a quick image.

I have a few door images on a roll of film that’s almost finished, hopefully should have the roll processed this weekend if I can find some developer.

There was a pub in Bedford with curved doors like the Wimbledon House ones there in the photo – I was just admiring them when some guy came flying out backwards! 😀

I was only about 16 or 17, so I thought I’ll come back when I’m a bit older! It looked rough!

There was one right by the clocktower in town where on a Saturday night it was usual to see someone flying out the door, it was rumoured to be the landlady who did the throwing out. One of the few pubs I never visited.

I love the fire exit and the weathered blue door. My favorite is the curved corner doors of the Wimbledon House. Thanks for thinking of us and sharing these.
