Sigma DP1 HDR

Another lovely autumn morning today. I walked my favourite route into town and got talking to a couple of French guys who had a rather neat video setup using a Sony A7s. I like it when the town feels friendly.

Canal Walk Photo’s

Here are few more images from my walk along the canal a couple of weeks ago. I took my Sigma DP1 with me and shot for HDR, quite difficult handheld.

Old Rundown Mill Factory

This old factory is quite difficult to photograph as the sun is directly behind it, but the HDR helped.

Lock 42

This old factory building is used as a recording studio and as the name implies it stands next to lock 42 on the canal. I really like the architectural panel above the doorway.

Benches (Municipal Seating)

I love taking photographs of doors but benches come a close second.
Over the last few days on my walks into town I spotted a few benches and captured them in HDR on my Sigma DP1.
There used to be lots of Victorian seating but they seem to have been replaced with modern counterparts.
